OCD Support

A space to make sense of OCD without having to navigate it alone

1:1 Therapy · Group Support · Adults & Adolescents · Bromborough & Online

OCD isn't always what you think

OCD can show up in ways that are much less recognised than the stereotypes we often hear about. It isn't always about handwashing, checking or needing things to be organised. For some people, OCD happens largely in the mind, through intrusive thoughts, rumination, mental reviewing or reassurance-seeking.

Whatever the theme or presentation, the experience can be exhausting and difficult to explain. Understanding how the OCD cycle works can be an important first step towards making sense of it.

Support that meets you where you are

OCD can feel isolating, particularly when the thoughts and compulsions are hard to put into words. Whether you're looking for individual therapy or the reassurance of being alongside others who understand, there are different ways to find support.
